Customer Service

Error Loading Information in User Management Edit Page – Ongoing Access Issues with Orion/Ethernet Account. We have tried escalating and at this point we need a full account resync. Can I get someone who is a portal expert to get us fixed up? I have worked with my Enterprise rep and multiple tiers of support and we cannot proceed like this. I spend all day refreshing browsers, clearing cookies, trying different browsers and using incognito mode to no avail.  Its always pure luck and roll of the dice when it works.

Hello user_56967e. Thank you for reaching out to us here on our Comcast Business Forums. I'm sorry to read of the trouble we are having with the site and your access. It seems like you have been in contact with the best people so far, but we are still stuck with this intermittent issue. I would love to try the options we have to help figure this out. Does the error message only appear when accessing certain parts of the site or when signing in as well? Are you using the same credentials? Approximately when did the error start?
