Customer joke service

I have been trying to get email accounts on my Comcast Xfinity whatever new name they think of next.comBizmail sorted out to no real avail. So when I was finished with a service rep I get an email saying I am getting a service visit which I didn't order. So I called the telephone number on the email and it was another comcast customer thinking I am a Comcast Employee calling to make an appointment? Can anyone else top this?

You cannot beat how bad Comcast customer service is, they are a pathetic company
