cusadmin 10 failed log-ins

I have been trying to log into my admin tool for 2 years.  Every time I try to log in it for the first time, whether it is 24 hours or a month, it says I have 10 failed log in attempts and locks me out for 5 minutes, or it says it does, I can't really tell.  I have spent 5 hours on the phone trying to get help on this and all that ever happens is I get a password reset and it still doesn't work. I have logged in wirelessly before on my back office computer, I have tried being wired through my television and even the tech guy who replaced our gateway (I believe that is what it is) couldn't log in.  I have told this to at least 7 different people and I am at a loss for what to do now.  I am frustrated no one will look into this further  Do any of you know why this is happening or what I can do to fix it?
