Convert business account to residential

I currently have a business account at my home that I no longer need and would like to transfer that to residential service.  How do I go about doing that? Who would I contact?

Can you please DM me your first and last name along with your full service address so that I can assist you further?

I do apologize, @user_b31628 I do apologize, we don't have a link but all you have to do is just Google Xfinity Forums and you'll see Xfinity Community Forum and on the upper right corner you would just sign in with your Xfinity ID and Password.-Richard

Thank you, @user_b31628 I do apologize, only Xfinity customers with a Xfinity ID is able to log in. Is your home zoned for business? If it is not, all you would need to do is contact Xfinity Business directly and have them disconnect your business services then you would need to reach out to our residential customer service team to get signed up for home service.-Richard
