Convert Business Account to Residential

Can someone help me with the conversion process from an Business account to a Residential.  I was required to get the Business acount and had to sign a 3 year contract because of the buildout to my house and was told I could convert it to Residential after the term.  I have fufilled those terms a would like to convert this over as I'm in a residential area and it's used for my home use.
