I know I am not getting honest information from the sales rep who called me. My contract is renewing for internet & phone. They even tried to slip me a 3 year contract after we discussed 2 years. Where can I find a business customer service MANAGER with the intelligence and honesty to solve my problem? Why must I always switch back and forth between Comcast and Fios when my contracts come up? Anyone got a phone number to speak with the "right" person? This is so frustrating.
