Contract Proplems
I am writing to request help on who I would need to contact to get contract corrected.
Last month, I spoke with the retention department to lower our bill while maintaining my current services, which include 1.25Gbps speed and a static IP address. I was offered a rate of $175.67 for 24 months, plus a promotional iPad. However, the contract I signed incorrectly listed the speed as 500Mbps.
A subsequent contract sent to resolve this issue listed the 1.25Gbps speed for $160.00 for 24 months, but it omitted my required static IP address.
Could you please provide who I may contact to get the contract that includes both the 1.25Gbps speed and the static IP address at the agreed-upon rate? or Void the contract go back to the contract we had. Please let me know the best point of contact to resolve this discrepancy and ensure my account details are accurate.
