Continued Billing for Discontinued Services - Why??

Comcast digital voice service was voluntarily cancelled & modem turned-in on 06/06/2014. Still have & using Comcast HS internet. Have made 3 telephonic efforts with Business Services to get charges for digital voice service cancelled/removed from my bills continuing thru bill date 9/14/14. Have also made attempts at local Comcast office which is unwilling or unable to assist with this business account. Apparently business accounts are only "handled" (or ignored) somewhere in 1-800 la-la land.

Help, please! Anybody??

Hi rmacey3. I apologize for the problems that you've encountered in this process.   The Business Service Center informed us that they have updated the account services to reflect Internet only and adjusted the account accordingly.  Please let us know if additional assistance is needed.

I have been charged for business class internet on my residential account for ove a year. have looged tens of calls to customer service and talked to dozens of well meaning, good hearted and helpless to help me comcast representitives.

 

 Love the comcast product untill there is a problem. Got a suggestion for me?

Hi parsonstlh.  If you will send ma a private message with the residential account number I will engage the Regional Service Center to assist with setting up separate bills for the Business and Residential accounts.
