continue to get activation emails

I am still getting activation emails. I am worried that I will be cut off at some point. I have an account already and have already paid for my first month.

Will they at some point cut me off because of the activation emails? There is no way to stop them it appears.

What are my options the phone system is horribly bad and I cannot navigate it.
