Complaint
The sales guy at Comcast promised a bunch of stuff and fell very short. I quit my AT&T service and had my business installed with Comcast. That installation process was nightmare. Comcast called me to say they wanted to make appointment to connect and to call my phone system company to come out same time to coordinate. The Comcast tech came out and said nothing was connected or ready, and we had to incur a bill from phone system company for cancelling. We made our grievances to the sales guy and he told us to send Comcast the bill and it will be resolved. This was August. Called Comcast today... First of all couldn't find my name or address in account. Why??? Then I explained my complaint that the guy who promised us payment has been ignoring us since Sept. After a full 20 minutes on phone she tells me she can't help me and I have to call back again??? Such a waste of my time. The lady said no email for me to forward the long email thread between me and this sales guy. Poor customer service for such a big company. Really unhappy and wish I never switched providers.
