Complaint Business customer
I was contacted to switch my business phone line to a mobile line by Kelvin. He called me we discussed my new mobile phone line and internet deal. Was told internet was this amount phone was this and was a savings around $85 a month. So we moved forward and well a month later my cell phone was correct but appears he didn't redo my internet package. So now my internet was almost double for the month plus a cell phone fee. I called comcast many times and they kept telling me they would send an email to kalvin and his manager. I also was in contact with kalvin through text messages. 10 days went by and no one did anything to help me and Kalvin stopped answering me. So I was over charged for the month. I finally got a hold of someone that was willing to help and he couldn't get me the price I was promised by Kalvin but we figured ways to get it very close through coming up with some ideas. Im still so un happy with the way I was treated and not take care of. Never mind how I lost a good $200 and lots of time calling with no response.

@user_468cdb Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I appreciate you outlining the sequence of events including the conversations you had with specific agents. I see you mentioned contacting support multiple times to figure out pricing and plans. I am glad to hear we were able to finally get your bill managed. However, I’d like to review what occurred from the initial discussion through the current account setup.
