Commercial Trouble Call
There is a commercial trouble call charge on my bill, which is fine. We don't mind paying, but can you please let us know next time, in advance, that we are going to be charged before you provide the service?

Hello arashctab,
I'm sorry to hear you were not told of the potential fee. Any time you receive a tech call, in the event that the issue is not related to Comcast equipment you could receive a $99.95. This information should have been disclosed to you before you authorized a tech to come out.
