Comcast won't help you at all in times of need. Contract is contract, [Edited: "Language"] person.
I had to move twice because a new landlord bought the shopping center and renovated the both office buildings. The first time, I was able to transfer my services to the new location. This 2nd time, they moved me to their executive offices but includes free internet. If I don't move, they'll kick me out once my lease is over, which is in a few months. But if I move, the rent is higher and I wouldn't be able to afford the rent PLUS internet.... mind you, this is also the cheapest rent option they have. Comcast made me pay the early termination fee, I get it because it's a contract. But they won't even help me by lowering the fee, not even a bit. I'm so disappointed because I've been [Edited: "Language"] by my landlord and Comcast won't help. I still have them for my residential, been with them since the Road Runner years until now and I'm really sad they don't care about their customers. If I have to move office again and they don't have the internet with it, I am not going back to Comcast. And if At&t is ever available in my residential area, I'm switching out too.

Hey there, @user_544e06!
Hate to hear that you’ve had to move and ultimately to terminate services, which resulted in an early termination fee. Although early termination fees are standard and apply when the contract has been broken, I understand that the added costs from the move and fees can be hard to manage when you are keeping your business afloat. I would love to take a closer look into your situation and see what options are available to help you through this! :)
