Comcast Voice edge with MacOS 26

I cannot seem to go through the login with the Comcast voice edge desktop app using Macbook and I'm up to date for MacOS 26 right now. What do about this and how can I access my account? Thank you!

user_0ce9ba Can you please send us a DM. You can start by clicking the chat icon located in the top right corner of your forums' page when signed in. Once there, you can direct your messages to "Xfinity Support." Please add your full name and service address to help us locate your account. Let me know if you have any questions.

@Comcast_BrianA​ Hello, can I ask the specific name of the person to send it to?"Xfinity support" shows a lot of usernames for the chat. Appreciate your immediate response!

To send a direct message:

  • Ensure you are first signed in, then you will see a chat box icon at the top right of your page. Click that or follow this link here: https://forums.businesshelp.comcast.com/direct-messaging
  • From there, click the 'New Message' icon. In the 'To' field, type ‘Comcast Business’.
  • Type your message in the text area that appears at the bottom of the window and hit enter to send. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond.

To expedite your request, we ask that you please include your name, the business name on the account, the phone number for the account, and the service address alongside your inquiry so we can best assist.
