Comcast server not allowing url

Customers using Comcast as internet provider cannot access our url: ebcspay.com.

When we have the customer do a dns lookup debug the report ends with this:

Numerous customers are having this problem using the Comcast default settings. Akamai says they do not block any sites. The problem is with the Comcast server. Customers using any other internet provider are not having this problem.

How can this be resolved ASAP? Can ebcspay.com be whitelisted?
