Comcast is trying to hold me to a contract that I never signed and I'm closing shop - class action?
Tried cancelling my Comcast Business account today as my business is closing and was told that I am held to a 2 year extension of my contract. I never agreed to an extension and when I reached out to get a copy of the agreement, it was not dated nor signed by me.
I shouldn't have to pay an ETF on an agreement that was never executed, and according to the posts here, the Terms and Conditions state that if a business is closing that is for cause and not subject. I've heard of many class action suits against comcast for unfair business practices and contacted my attorney.
