Along with the W9, we need a voided check or bank verification letter to set up Comcast as a supplier.  Are either of those documents available?

You will be able to use one of those forms to set up ACH. Just please use the correct form on the post for if you have a 9 or 7 digit account number.

There is a section that shows, "If these do not meet your needs, please email your form to CBARMGMT@comcast.com  with your full account(s) number." We recommend you send an email with your full account number to the email address provided, and they should be able to help you further from there. Thanks!

Hello

Based on your 2023 W-9 your DBA has changed to Comcast Business Communications, LLC from your 2019 DBA of Comcast Cable Communications Management, LLC.  After speaking to a representative they informed me that they could only provide a W-9. Is there any documentation that would back up your DBA change? Are you able to provide a letter on company letter head announcing the name change with the effective date?

This is needed in order for our vendor department to update your vendor profile.

Please advise ASAP

Please send us a direct message with your full name, business name, full address, and last four digits of your account number or full phone number.
 
• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there 
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list 
• - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
• Press Enter to send it
