Comcast Business Payment link not working

Have had the same issue for a while when logging into my Comcast business account. I enter all my payment information and when I click the continue button, nothing happens. There are no error messages ro anything, it just does not do anything. I have tried clearing the cache and cookies on the webpage to no avail. I do not want to call in every month to pay my bill nor do I want to set up auto-debit

I tried to using your information above but it will not allow me. I went through the verification stages with the code via email and everything was fine. When I try to enter my acct# , there is no invoice # on my monthly bill.

Your account number can be found in the top-right corner of your billing statement, user_6d297b. After selecting Create Payment Issue Ticket which issue type are you choosing from the dropdown menu?
