Comcast Business android app not working

I signed in and the app just says... This account has not had its services installed yet. But I do have them installed!!

That is odd. I can see the same on my end. Have you tried to logout and log back into the app?

Yup and removed and re-installed the app and same thing.

I use the app to manage my account all the time so I'd be upset if it wasn't working. When you signed in, did you use a login from a previous account or did you make a new one for this location?

I used the comcast login for my business internet.

To send a peer-to-peer chat:

  • Ensure you are first signed in, then you will see an icon at the top right of your page. Click that or follow this link: : https://comca.st/3rAGxs8
  • From there, click the 'New Message' icon. In the 'To' field, type ‘Comcast Business’.
  • Type your message in the text area that appears at the bottom of the window and hit enter to send. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond.
  • We ask that you please include your name, the business name on the account, the phone number for the account, and the service address alongside your inquiry so we can best assist.

I am having the same issue. My services have already been installed and I can configure them with my desktop. It's the mobile app that didn't get the notification that my services were already installed.

Please send us a direct message with your full name, business name, full address, and last four digits of your account number or full phone number.

 

• Click "Sign In" if necessary 

• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 

• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there 

• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list 

• - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line 

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 

• Press Enter to send it

I no longer work for Comcast.

Send a direct message how? There is nothing in this app before I sign in or after I sign in to do anything. Did you not see the picture I posted?

Hey There @PEAdmin . You would do this on the Forums and not in the App. Are you able to see these icons on the forums?
