Circuit Performance Reporting Not Working

I am on the client portal for Comcast Business and can get Circuit Utilization Reports But the Circuit Performance Report Has not worked for the last 3 or 4months i have checked. Can someone open a ticket for this bug on the portal and get this fixed. Utilization report works but the circuit performance does not work. Please address this issue

Thank you for reaching out to us user_784066. We completely understand how important that Circuit Performance Report is for your business operations, especially when you are trying to self-serve efficiently. 
Is this happening for all of your business locations/circuits, or is it isolated to one specific Circuit ID?
Have you noticed this same issue when trying a different web browser, or when using an Incognito/Private window?

Does the report fail regardless of the date range you select, or does it happen only on specific timeframes?
