Charged for install when I should not have been.

Converted from Residential to Business Class.

No one could ever answer why a tech even had to come out. I own all my own equipment. He did nothing.

No one ever said there would be a $199 install fee.

I need someone to help remove this charge from my account before my 30 days is over.
