charge for job not done

Maybe you can help settle this for me.  I wrote a check to Comcast for $500 (#3079) to get service at a building back in December 2014.  I have called and emailed numerous times to Richard Van de Stowe and Elliot Gonzales to cancel that order.  I never moved into that building. Comcast never installed cable in that building at 3767 Getwell Rd., Memphis, Tn., 38118 for Vendtronics, Inc. I see that my check was deposited and cleared my bank February 13, 2015.  I WANT MY MONEY BACK.  I have tried numerous times to talk to someone but no one ever calls me back.  Please get me in touch with ANYONE who will help me get my $500 back.
