Changing forum username

Is it possible to change my username? I'm logged in with my business account, but accidentally entered a personal username for the forum.

I am happy to make a change to your username. Please send me a private message with your new requested Comcast Business Forum username and as long as it meets the following requirements, we will happily make that change.

 

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 2 characters long and not to exceed 15 characters
  • Does not violate our forum guidelines
  • Can only contain letters, numbers, dashes, and underscores
