Changing Billing Address to new physical location

Howdy there!

I'm receiving an interesting behavior from the Account Management - Billing portal.

I need to adjust the billing address for our Accounting office to a new site, but the option does not exist to change address; only enroll in paperless billing (which does not work for the paperwork-loving bean counters).

When time permits, please let me know the best way to execute this change.

Thank you for reaching out @DMMSTANG Are you trying to change the mailing address or change service address? For a new service address you would need to reach out to our Business partners a call at 855-971-2673 to get set up.

Just the mailing address of an existing account. Service stays at the same location.

Tried the web portal method already; that was the first idea. The "Edit" button doesn't show up under the mailing address location. Tried from a couple of browsers just to ensure it wasn't a local issue.

Just tried the phone application (which apparently uses the website for both initial authentication and for the billing details, making it less an application and just some extra steps) and the same Edit Address link is missing from there.
