Change of Ownership as of April 17th, 2017.

My Name is Rakesh Chopra.  I have sub - leased my business, D^licious Crepes and Roti, to Sarna, Inc., and I am responsible to pay until the 16th of this month.  I just paid $200.00 towards my share and would like to pay the final amount which I am responsible for until the 16th.  I would also like to close my account thereafter and want to make sure Sarna, Inc. is billed appropriately as of the 17 of April, 2017.  Please advise.
