Change Ecobill Email Address
I was wondering if Comcast could add the ability to change the ecobill email address independently from the users in the organization. I'm just the IT guy, so I'd like to have our billing emails go to an accounts payable address so the people who pay the bill can see it.

It’s pre-populated to my email address, and my boss has his residential account tied to his work email. I’m unable to add him as another user on the account because his email is in use. So this why I’d like to be able to redirect the emails from my email address to a group email we can both see.
