cant see teleworker account in business portal

I cannot see my monthly charges for my teleworker account in the comcast business portal. 

When I follow the procedure to link the teleworker account number to the main account, I get a message that the teleworker account can’t be found.

I used to pay the teleworker bill via biller web but that seems to have been shut down, so this is now urgent.
