Can't link account

I am trying to link my accounts together but the system tells me that "an account that has already been activated can't be linked to another account". The only reason I activated the account was because I was told to by the Comcast Customer Service. How do I delete this online account and start over?

Hi fzito1959.  It will be necessary to delete all email accounts currently assigned to the account the you want to have linked to your primary/main account number.  Also the primary/main account must have an active primary email address.  Please let me know if further assistance is needed to resolve this issue.
