Cancelling Your account impossible - DON"T ORDER ANY SERVICE FROM COMCAST THEY SUCK

Yes I am posting this publicly.  You need to call me I have been trying to cancel my account for two weeks and you guys suck so bad that every time I call I am told that there isa  heavy load and an agent will call me back.  No one calls me back, I have no voicemails, and you guys are crooks.  I hope NO ONE ORDERS YOUR BUSINES SERVICE.  Internet is slow, customer service is horrible, and you cannot cancel despite them telling you that you can.
