Cancelling Service
I'm hoping on getting a little assistance with cancelling my business class service.
I'm closing my consulting business and moving back to a 9 to 5 job and need to cancel my internet connection used by my buisness.
I was told I had to provide 60 days notice which is fine but that I also have to pay over $2000's in penatlies?
I'm in no financial position to pay $2000 in penalties but would like to work something out.
Can anyone help?
