Cancelled Service and Just Received a Bill from Comcast Business

I cancelled the service in June Acct# [Edited: "Personal Information"], and just received a paper bill of new charge.

I requested the disconnect request and Comcast insisted one month notice period, so I already paid the last month. 

 

Why is my account still active as it should not be?!!
