Cancellation of Services
I am trying to cancel my services. This is due to the increase in recurring monthly service charges. I am told that per the terms and conditions I must provide 60 days notice before my services will be cancelled. I want to disput this because the terms and conditions require that Comcast provide a 30 day notice prior to an increase in recurring monthly service charges during which time it is possible to not accept the changes and obtain immediate cancellation of services. This was not done and I want to cancel my services effective immediately. I am not undercontract. I called to cancel and was notified of the 60 day notice requirement. I responded to the email with the voluntary disconnect request documentation (no response). Thank you very much for your help with this.

Thanks for all the help. Today is a big day for both of us. I will return the things you left at my house...and then charged me a monthly fee for.....and then raised said fee repeatedly because you can. Ill remember many of the fine things we told each other over the years - "me - It seems you raised by rate again" you -"Im not sure what the problem is...I dont see an issue with that" me - "You dont see an issue with raising my monthly fee by $35 a month and not telling me?". Comcast, you always had a way with words. Those were the good times that I will miss. I often wonder what you do with all of the money you bilk. Id like to think you use it to weave a wonderful set of board shorts and a beach umbrella that you sit under on some tropical island drinking a mohito while laughing and smiling. It would make me happy to know you are doing ok. Anyways, back on topic. It looks like this is it between us. I would say its me not you, but I would be lying. It is 100% you.
