Cancellation of Service

I called the Customer Service number, 800-391-3000, in June, 2014.  I told the lady that I wanted to cancel service and was told that according to my agreemnet, I had to give a 60 day notice.  I asked for an email address to cancel so that I would have a record of the transaction.  I was told someone would contact me, via email, within 48 hours.  Two months later, Augist, 2014, I called again and a gentleman told me the same story I heard on my first call.  I asked for a copy of the agreement, a final bill and an email for verification.  Again, I was assured that I would hear from someone in 24 to 48 hours and receive all I asked for.  Of course, nothing has been received.  I have AT&T service now and have paid my final bill to Comcast as far as I am concerned.  Other than calling the "customer service" number, I have not found any other way to contact Comcast, except for this posting.  Pathetic.
