Cancellation of Comcast Business Services - no services available

The landlord sold the building we were in. In October we started to request a move of Comcast services to a new location.  The respones from Comcast was very slow. Finally last week we were told that Comcast would not provide the services at the new location since there was no Comcast cable within a mile of the new location!  We requested to cancel the contract since Comcast does not want to provide services at the new location.  The Comcast rep refused to cancel it.  We have been without services for over a month now but are still paying for the services.  We asked a supervisor to call us but no response from Comcast. We will file complaints with Attorney General's office, BBB etc if no progress by the end of the week. Thanks for your attention.

I apologize for the issues you've encountered in your attempts to end the service contract since moving you business to an area not serviced by Comcast.  I have engaged the Business Service Retention Team to assist with resolution this issue.

I am waiting. We have been without services for 7 weeks by now.  Another week went by since your message below. ZERO contact from your Business Service Retention Team so far.

Two weeks went by.  No contact from Comcast whatsoever!  Typical for Comcast.  Please be informed that we have not had any services since late October.

Another two weeks went by.  No contact from Comcast whatsoever!  Typical for Comcast.  Please be informed that we have not had any services since late October.  We will NOT pay for services not provided.

Ironicaly, instead of any contact from Comcast Business Service Rention Team, we received a sales call from Comcast today,  trying to sell us new services!  All of those are becoming documented for Attorney General's office and BBB.
