Canceling my service
I am trying to disconenct my business service and move to resedential service and it has been a pain. I got bounced around between agents and had to wait lot of time to speak to a reprsentative and finally was told that someone would call me back...which I am not sure is ever going to come based on the posting in this site.
Is there a way to get cancel the connection in a saner way?
Coincidently I was canceling my Amex card and it took me one call and 5 mins to complete the entire process!
