CANCEL BUSINESS ACCOUNT RELOCATED FROM US TO UK

I've been trying to cancel my Comcast Business account for the past week. The customer service to date, has been terrible. 

 

I'm looking to cancel the account since my wife and I have relocated from the US to the UK and no longer require the account. 

 

PLEASE can someone HELP.
