Caller ID stopped working

Caller ID has been fine for over a year that I have had comcast, but all of the sudden last week my caller ID just stopped working. I have reset all of the equipment. Any help greatly appreciated!

Welcome tedatkat.  Our Tier 2 Agent verified the numbers associated with your account and callerid was inactive on 2 of your lines.  The feature was activated.  Please let us know the issue persist.
