Call history older than past 90 days

I have called Comcast more than 20 times to assist me gain a call history older than 90 days, and 14 tickets have been opened and closed without any result. The representatives that I have spoken with looked like didn’t know what they should do. I am an owner of a small business. This made me very frustrated and upset the way Comcast servers their customers.

I would be happy to review the tickets put in to see why they were closed without support for you, and help in any way I can if there is an option. Everything I see is that call history ends at 90 days, and is automatically deleted on day 91. If there's something that I can do though I'll do my best to assist.
