Cable TV Franchise Fees??
I have business service at two locations. One has Internet and phone, the other has Internet only. Why am I being charged a Cable TV franchise fee when I am not using the TV services?

I had comcast triple play at my business, the cable tv service never worked and they kept billing me, when I asked for theservice to be fixed they asked me to pickup a new box, it didn't work either. I cancelled the cable TV and they asked me to bring in the box. Now thats what I call customer service, it doesn't work so fix it yourself then bring us the parts that don't work.
