Cable line cut by Gardener

Have no internet or cable TV. We were promised as a business customer we would receive immediate service. We work out of our home And need the cable repaired ASAP. Today!!

Ken I called the business department ticket #CR840923125. A tech was suppose to call me within 5-10 minutes and come repair it this morning. That was around 10:00 this morning. So far no one has called me. Please help. We work from home and are shut down!!

Ken I called the business department ticket #CR840923125. A tech was support to call me within 5-10 minutes and come repair it this morning. That was around 10:00 this morning. So far no one has called me. Please help. We work from home and are shut down!!

Comcast Business is unreliable. Assured me someone would call and come out today! Nothing!! So disappointed!!
