Business is moving to a new City and State, Out of Service area. Comcast wants to charge me a ETF.

Our Company will be moving to a new location which Comcast Business does not offer service to.  Our new Office address will be in Chula Vista California 91914.

I attempted to stop our service and the agent informed there will be a Early Termination Fee of $4725.94.  One of Xfinity's reps I spoke to on the phone informed me that Comcast Business had a meeting regarding Early Termination Fee's last week.  Comcast Business will be able to waive the fee if we can show proof of moving to a out of service location.  I hope this is still valid and true.
I have attached a Purchase Agreement for our new office.  Like many of the other topics on this forum discussing Early termination fees.  I was also informed by the sales rep i worked with that if our business moves to a location that Comcast does not service.  This early terminatino fee will not be charged to my company.  We should have asked for it in writing.

We have been a comcast customer for 10+ years (Both Business and Home).  Will also continue to be Comcast Home customer.  It is unfortunate that we cannot continue to use Comcast's services, however, our company should not be punished because Comcast Business does not offer service to our new address.

I have also filed a complaint with BBB.  This business practice by Comcast is unacceptable.  Loyal customers of Comcast should not be treated like this.

I Hope Comcast can reslove this issue.  Moving foward, comcast should also not punish their cusomters because Comcast cannot provide service in that area.
