Business Internet Service:

I'm a new customer and i think i made a mistake to switch to Comcast. I got my new service on 12/02/15 and i have so much problem with Internet going up & down through out the day. I have called so many times about this issue and they gave me the all different story. some tells me bad router and they repalce 4 of them already. other tech told us that this the outside issue and some other tech will come to work on. other tech comes and go and they still unable to fix the problem.

i'm thinking about taking my businesses back to AT&T.

Shake....If you want to move to a different provider or disconnect service they will charge you 2k dollars because you most likely signed a 36 month contract!
