Business internet outage

To those effected, you know who you are. At this point it's about accountability and less about passing The blame. If you have been doing business to business for the last couple of years, then you have all been unpleasurable privey to the National outtage that spaned the nation coast to coast..Having Comcast is like that old flame, [Removed] but the buyers remorse, is harder then the worse cheap wine hang over..Today it crashed totally.. Did everything in my power. Called diligently waited for restoration of my services . Evidently I was told the connection has been restored but unfortunately my ethernet ports all four have been cooked on my modem.. Because I have a static IP one of their technicians was to come out but never showed and was given a 7 AM to 9am window, without the courtesy of a phone call [Removed] and if you rely on Comcast, it's the equivalent .. [Removed].
