Business class internet completely down for the past 6 days
We have been suffering from a service interruption for the past 6 days with no end in sight on when it will be resolved. The Expected Resolution has been "We are working on it" for the past 6 days. I opened a support ticket and it got closed without any resolution or comment on why it was closed.
Why is it taking this long for comcast to inform customers about an availability issue and when it expects it to be resolved ?
