Breach of Contract - File Formal Complaint
I signed 2 of my restaurants up for the same promotional plan on September 10, 2024. All my locations are on auto payment so I don't really look at them very often, A reminder popped up on my calendar yesterday that my promotion was coming to an end and when I went to look at my bill I saw that Comcast has been cheating me on one of my locations this whole time. My bundle discount was supposed to be $109.00 for the first 12 months and then $99 for the second 12 months, but I was only given the $109 for September, October, and November. Starting in December of 2024 until December of 2025 I was only given a discount of $79.00. After that the discount went away. That's a total of $1,458. In addition, in January of 2025 I stopped receiving the $10 autopay discount although I still receive it on my other accounts. That adds another $150. I also stopped receiving the $19.95 voice credit as stated in my contract in January of this year for another $159.60. I called yesterday and was told by your rep. that I didn't have a contract despite my having it open on my computer. I have the docusign with the order number, the Comcast sales representative, and the Comcast sales manager dated 9/10/2024. You can also see the drop in my bill from September to October of 2024 before it goes back up. The rep told me to call a loyalty line which I did today. After telling me that my contract didn't exist, that rep told me the most they can give me is 3 months credit and tried to sell me an Ipad. No, the least you can give me is all the money owed to me under our signed contract before I file a complaint with the FCC. I need an email for the Executive Escalations team to forward my signed contract to and please don't tell me to go chat with your AI bot.

I completely understand your concerns @user_sj851 , and based on everything you've described, I can certainly see why you're frustrated. It sounds like you've spent a significant amount of time trying to resolve what you believe is a billing and promotional issue, and I appreciate you providing such detailed information about the agreement and the steps you've already taken. Before we proceed further, have you had the opportunity to speak with our Comcast Business Customer Service team regarding this matter? Since this involves a business account, a signed agreement, promotional discounts, and billing concerns spanning multiple months, they may have access to additional tools and records specific to Comcast Business accounts. If you've already spoken with the Business team and the issue remains unresolved, please let me know what guidance they provided so I can better understand the situation and determine what options may be available. I sincerely apologize for the frustration you've experienced and appreciate the opportunity to help.
