Billing

Hello,

We have unfortunately just realized that we have been being billed for voicemail which we do NOT have. Why is this?

Welcome flagbanner.  We have engaged the Billing Team to investigate this issue.  I have emailed you a copy of the contract that list all ordered services.  The Billing Retention Team can make the requested changes. Please review and let us know if further assistance is required.
