Billing Issues
I have called 7 times Comcast Customer Service about this billing issue!
I cancel my services and they charged me $826.84 for the early termination fee. They promised me that if I get their services back they will take care of this fee. This whole situation started back in May. I decided to get back their services so that I do not have pay this ridiculous fee. Everytime I call CCS their representatives told me to wait about two to three weeks for the fee to be waive. Obviously, The fee is stil not waive and it keeps coming out in my monthly bill. Last time I called, they transfer me to the biling deprtment so thay they will take care of this, the representative did not promised anything but apperently the Customer Service representative said this fee has been waive too many times that even she does not know the reason why it has not been waive! Hopefully I can get some help in here and fix this problem because time is of the essential and I have been wasting my time calling people who cannot solve this problem.
