Billing assistance

I would like to go over my bill. Is that possible through direct messaging here?

BillB Thanks for posting on our Forums. We can definitely assist with billing questions. You can also refer to your billing statements through the Xfinity app/website. The last 12 statements are available as PDFs to review as well. If you'd like, please send our team a direct message with your full name and address.

 

To send a Direct Message:

•Click "Sign In" if necessary

•Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page) or https://forums.businesshelp.comcast.com/direct-messaging

•Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

•Type "Comcast Business" in the to line and select "Comcast Business" from the drop-down list

•Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

•Press Enter to send your message

My account is for Comcast Business. Do I use the nonbusiness Xfinity forum?

Additional information: There is no "Xfinity Support" to send a message to when using the Comcast Business direct messaging system
