Bill credits reduced
For the last 22 Bill's I have a $10 credit for internet and a $20 credit for voice. For total bill credits of $30.
This month the voice credit was reduced to $10 for total bill credits of $20.
I did not see anything on recent Bill's explaining this. Was this just a billing mistake?

Welcome to the forums, bbbv4711 and thank you for reaching out about the billing! If you happen to have a copy of the Service Order Agreement that you signed to start service, that would be the first place I would check to see if there was a promotional rate that may have rolled off. If so, we can see about repackaging the account (or if it's not that too!) so please send me a private message by clicking on my handle (Comcast_Gina) and provide your name, the business name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number.
