Be anywhere makes the call from my desk phone not the app

Recently an employee was working from home and needed to make a call using the Comcast business app. He dialed the number and hit send... He then heard silence... Meanwhile his desk phone in his office turned speakerphone on by itself and we could hear the call he just made... How can we fix this???
